Shot Blasting

Spray Booth
Our enclosed spray booth provides a controlled environment for coating application, ensuring uniform finishes, overspray control, and operator safety. It plays a key role in achieving flawless surface quality.

Dip Spin Machine
Our advanced dip-spin coating unit provides efficient, uniform coating for bulk components and fasteners. This system ensures even coverage, controlled thickness, and high-volume processing with minimal waste.

Oven Conveyor
The conveyorized oven system enables continuous curing of coated parts, ideal for large-scale production. It maintains precise temperature control and cycle timing for consistent, repeatable results.

Salt Spray Test (SST)
The in-house Salt Spray Test (SST) chamber allows us to conduct accelerated corrosion resistance testing. This ensures every coated component meets stringent quality and durability standards before dispatch.

Improved Material Handling with Colored Bins
To enhance our material handling processes, we have implemented a color-coded system for organizing our raw materials and coatings.
This system includes:
• Raw Material Bins: Clearly labeled and color-coded to easily identify different types of raw materials.
• 1st Coat Bins: Designated bins for the first coat application, ensuring quick access and efficient workflow.
• 2nd Coat Bins: Separate bins for the second coat, facilitating a streamlined application process.
• Top Coat Bins: Color-coded bins for top coat materials, allowing for easy identification and retrieval.

HOW WE WORK

To complement our coating applications, we provide tailored pre-treatment solutions such as degreasing and shot blasting, ensuring optimal adhesion and durability. Every product undergoes rigorous quality checks, including salt spray tests of up to 1,500 hours and precise thickness measurement through DFT meters. This end-to-end approach guarantees that our coatings meet global benchmarks for performance and reliability.
